Details

These beautiful altar linen sets are made out of traditional flax, cotton and polyester, decorated with silver Cross embroidery.

-Purificator is a small white cloth used to clean the chalice. 19" x 10"
-Corporal is used during the celebration of the Eucharist. It is a white linen cloth on which are placed the vessels containing the bread and wine during Mass which will become the Body and Blood of Christ. 18.5" x 18.5".
-Pall is a stiff, square, white cover that is placed over the paten with hosts when it is on the chalice. 7" x 7".
-Lavabo Towel (without embroidery) is used by the priest to dry his hands before the consecration of the host at the communion service and is held by the acolyte during the service. The term "lavabo towel" comes from the Latin root "lava" meaning to wash. 19" x 10".
